If you missed Deadly Sins . . .

The Deadly Sins episode about the March case ran tonight at 8:00. It will run several more times, including Sunday at 3:00, on the ID channel. Includes interviews with Tom Thurman, Katy Miller, Pat Postiglione, and me. The actors did a great job with the re-enactment. It was a good show!

Deady Sins

Deadly Sins will air an episode about the March case on the Investigation Discovery channel, Jan. 26. I was interviewed a few months ago about An Unfinished Canvas and maybe out of 2 1/2 hours of shooting, they will get a couple of good clips! I understand that Asst. D.A. Tom Thurman and Sgt. Pat Postiglione were also interviewed. If you haven’t seen Deadly Sins, it’s a show that mixes re-enactment and interviews. I hope you’ll watch!

Maury County Library Event, Saturday, Dec. 1

If you’re anywhere near Columbia, please join me for an event at the Maury County Library, at 11:00 on Saturday. There will be 16 authors signing books, including Doug Jones and me. Then you can walk over to the new bookstore that is having its opening on Saturday. Way to go, Columbia! I am hoping to see some of my Waynesboro friends.

Masters of True Crime

Check out a new anthology entitled Masters of True Crime: Chilling Stories of Murder and the Macabre. The true-crime anthology, available in bookstores and Amazon, includes narratives by more than a dozen writers. I contributed “Lost Innocence: Murder of a Girl Scout,” and Doug Jones has written “Escape from Fort Pillow.” Let me know what you think!

English Language Rights Sold

Doug Jones and I recently learned from our agent that Mehta Publishing House has purchased English language rights in the territories of India, Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Nepal, for A Season of Darkness. I wonder what readers in those countries will think about the Trimble case! Thanks to our agent, Sharlene Martin, for continuing to promote our book.

More Photos from Halloween Party

Here you will see the Glamorous Witch Mary, Doug as a Fort Pillow Guard, and John as Cowboy Bob, who was a character in his story.
Apologies to the others whose photos were of poor quality and did not show how wonderful the costumes were. Next year we must commission a professional photographer!
