Secrets and Shamrocks will be released mid-November. The Advance Reader Copies arrived yesterday–the last in many steps that lead to publication.
This book is second in the Jordan Mayfair Mystery Series. Pursuit in Provence, published in Spring of 2015, was first in the series.
This time Jordan is in – you guessed it – Ireland.

The Southern Festival is always fun–a time for authors, editors, agents, booksellers, and readers to come together and focus on BOOKS. I was on a panel with Elise Blackwell and Linda Thorne, discussing mysteries: Who Can You Trust? Thanks to friends and family who showed up on a rainy day!
I was at the Bellevue Library and wondered if they had my book yet. Yes! It was a great feeling to see Pursuit in Provence on the shelves. I looked in the card catalogue and saw that there are copies at other branches, as well. Thanks, Nashville Public Library!

Thanks to the Knoxville Writers Guild for the opportunity to enter the Leslie Garrett Fiction Contest. My story, “A Family Meeting,” won First Place. The Knoxville Writers Guild is an active group who promote writing in many ways, and the contest they sponsor every year in fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, and other categories has meant a lot to me through the years!
