Gobbell’s enjoyable sequel to 2015’s Pursuit in Provence takes Savannah, Ga., architect Jordan Mayfair and her travel writer uncle, Alex Carlyle, to Ireland. Jordan’s keen knowledge of architecture and history comes in handy in her efforts to uncover the truth. Fans of travel cozies will find plenty to like.

I am excited about this weekend of mayhem, madness, and murder (writing about).

Saturday, 3:15-4:15, I will be on Panel #40 with Baron Birtcher, Daco Auffenorde, and Maggie Toussaint, discussing “Writing a Series Vs. Writing a Stand-Alone.” Any questions or topics you’d like us to consider?

Secrets and Shamrocks will be released mid-November. The Advance Reader Copies arrived yesterday–the last in many steps that lead to publication.

This book is second in the Jordan Mayfair Mystery Series.  Pursuit in Provence, published in Spring of 2015, was first in the series.

This time Jordan is in – you guessed it – Ireland.

More to come about a book launch (hoping for an early December date).
